    To keep our lab running, buy new testing equipment, and purchase the power banks we review, ChargeGrade participates in various affiliate marketing programs.

    1. How We Are Funded

    ChargeGrade is reader-supported. When you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you.

    The price of the product is the same whether you use our link or not. The commission is paid entirely by the retailer as a “thank you” for the referral.

    2. Data Dictates the Grade: Our “ChargeGrade” scores are calculated using a mathematical formula based on efficiency, thermal performance, and electrical stability. No manufacturer can pay us to change a grade.
    3. No Sponsored Reviews: We do not accept money in exchange for a positive review. If a product overheats or fails our ripple test, we will publish those results regardless of our relationship with the brand.
    4. Free Samples: Occasionally, a manufacturer may send us a unit for testing. We accept these under one strict condition: It does not guarantee a positive review. We disclose if a unit was provided by the manufacturer in the specific review post.

    5. Why We Use Affiliates

    Running a hardware testing lab is expensive. We use industrial-grade equipment (DC Electronic Loads, Protocol Analyzers, Thermal Probes) and spend hundreds of hours testing.
